Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds if we do not have a replacement in stock in the following cases:

  • Incorrect Item: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
  • Damaged Item: If the item arrives damaged.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing, so please refer to our sizing charts on each product page to ensure you select the correct size.

Refund Process

  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue, along with clear photos of the incorrect, damaged, or mislabeled item.

Resolution Options

Our customer support team will review your request and provide one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement: We will send you a replacement for the incorrect or damaged item at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not feasible due to stock unavailability, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for size or color. If you receive a mislabeled item (e.g., incorrect size or color), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the resolution has been confirmed. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items returned without prior communication with our customer support team.
  • Items returned after 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by transportation.
  • Products like face masks, which are non-returnable due to health and hygiene reasons.
