We collaborate with a trusted print-on-demand drop shipper that ensures high-quality production. They have facilities worldwide, so depending on your location, your order will be printed and shipped from the nearest facility to ensure efficient delivery.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your order's status in real-time. If you have any questions about your order or tracking, feel free to contact us here.

I Received a Wrong or Damaged Product, What Should I Do?

We’re truly sorry if you received an incorrect or damaged item! To help resolve this quickly, please email here within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the wrong or damaged item.
  • Any other details regarding your order.

We’ll work on a resolution as soon as possible!

Product Disclaimers

  • Vinegary Smell: You might notice a slight vinegary odor when your garment arrives. Don’t worry—this is temporary and is part of the printing process. The smell will disappear after a few days and a wash cycle.

  • Discoloration or Residue: Some garments may have a slight discoloration or an off-white residue upon arrival. These are not stains and will come off after the first wash. Our apparel is printed using eco-friendly, water-based inks, and cutting-edge printing technology.

If you notice a mark on your product, please wash it before reporting an issue.

Shipping Policy

At Kalodge, we are committed to providing you with efficient and reliable shipping. Please review the following details to understand our shipping process.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days after payment confirmation. Our team works diligently to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once fulfilled, your order will be shipped.

2. Shipping Time

Shipping time varies based on your location:

  • USA: 3-4 business days
  • International: 5-15 business days

Please note that shipping times do not include weekends or public holidays. Refer to the estimated delivery time provided during checkout for more details.

3. Shipping Methods & Tracking

We partner with an on-demand fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. During the checkout process, you will have the option to choose your preferred shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package.

For international orders, we recommend including your phone number to ensure smoother delivery and minimize the risk of the order being lost in transit.

4. International Shipping

Please be aware that shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees. These fees vary depending on the destination country and the value of your order. The recipient is responsible for any customs fees.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please take the following steps before contacting us:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
  • Contact your local post office to check if the package is being held.
  • Check with neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them.

If your shipping address was correct and you still have not received the package, please contact here with your order number. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the address provided was incorrect, we can reship the order, but it will be at your expense.

6. Risk of Loss and Damage

The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier. If carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered, we are not responsible for any claims for loss or damage. If you experience a lost shipment, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

For shipments to the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Germany, the risk of loss transfers once you or a designated third party takes physical possession of the products.
